• Please call ahead if you are running late.
• Remove any skincare, makeup or fake tan to ensure you receive the best results from each treatment.
• Keep valuables in your allocated locker prior to treatment.
• Please ensure you wear swimwear or clothing throughout the duration of your booking.
• Please ensure any electronics are set to silent throughout the duration of your booking.

We ask that you arrive 10-15mins prior to your booking.

We recommend wearing swimwear or loose clothing throughout your treatment. Our team will provide you with a RESET robe on arrival.

Our Reset Circuit is a communal booking with up to five guests per session. If you are looking for a more private experience we recommend booking one of our private Contrast Therapy suites.

Gift vouchers are available for purchase online or in studio.

If you fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged your full treatment amount.

A 50% cancellation fee will apply if you cancel within 24hours of your booking.

If you are pregnant please let our team know ahead of booking who will be able to advise which treatments are suitable.

Please always consult your physician prior to attending any appointments within our studio.

We require all guests to be 16 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years of age are required to be supervised by an adult at all times while within our studio.
